Sony NEX-VG10 In the flesh!
We have just returned from a meeting at Sony UK head office and can reveal photos of the much awaited NEX-VG10 together with the MTF Nikon G and PL adaptors
Bill Drummond, the Sony European product manager was excited to see for himself MTF’s new products designed for the NEX range.
Both the camera, together with our Nikon and PL adaptors will be with Sony at IBC and Photokina.
These MTF lens adaptors will be shipping around the end of September, prices to be announced soon
Sony E Mount lens adaptors coming soon
With the introduction of the Sony NEX stills cameras, and NEX-VG10 camcorder later this year, we have started work on some new products to suit.
The Worlds first PL to E mount and Nikon G to E mount adaptors.
As ever with all MTF products, these will be manufactured with extreme precision using HE30 aluminium and our own stainless steel E mount.
These photos are of the prototypes which will now undergo thorough testing.

Both of these new products together with the Sony Alpha to EX3 adaptor will be on the Sony stand at IBC and Photokina.

PL to Canon adaptor ready for testing
Over the last few months we have received many requests to build a simple PL to Canon adaptor.
With a main body precision machined from one piece of solid stainless steel, this adaptor will only accept lenses with very short PL mounts.

This lens adaptor will now be thoroughly tested to determine which lenses are compatible.

After many weeks of R&D, we have introduced a new B4 to EX3 adaptor.

This new device takes power and data from the EX3 camera affording full zoom control and auto iris functionality. We will start shipping this new product in February for an incredible £695.00 Plus Vat.

MTF at Inter BEE
This year MTF products was given the honour of being represented by Intecs, one of Japan’s biggest dealer and rental companys at the prestigious Inter BEE, Asia’s largest broadcast equipment show.
Our Products were very well received and created a lot of interest.
Mike Tapa was in attendance, together with our wonderful Japanese hosts at Intecs Inc.
